Reservations & Payment Information

A signed reservation form and a $175* deposit per person is all that is required to book your vacation today!  Your final payment on the balance is due in our office 50 days prior to your departure date. 

* Charter airline and land-only bookings only.  If traveling using regularly scheduled airlines, full payment on the air portion of the booking may be required at time of deposit.  Please ask us for details as they relate to your package.

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.   For your security, we handle all credit card transactions via Fax and not over the internet. 

To Reserve Your Vacation:
Please do the following:

1. If you have not already done so, please submit a quote request for your vacation (or call us toll-free at 1-888-844-5803). 
2.  Please be aware that until a package is reserved we cannot guarantee rates due to changes in airline and resort availability
3. Contact our reservation department toll-free at 1-888-844-5803 with the legal names and addresses of those traveling.

5. Fax your reservation form to us at (951) 471-8228

Cancellation and Changes Policy -  If you wish to change any details of your booking, we will certainly do our best to do so at minimal cost to you.  Please understand that this is not always possible; especially if you are changing airline reservations, resort dates, or once you are within 50 days of departure.  Once booked, any changes or amendments to your vacation are normally subject to a $50 minimum per person.  Please note that additional fees may also be imposed by the airlines, resorts, or our host tour operators.  We strongly suggest you protect your travel investment against penalties and fees due to emergency cancellation and changes you might need to make due to medical reasons.  We also offer an optional Travel Insurance Plan (prices vary depending on dates of travel).  Please note that this is an insurance plan and is therefore non-refundable.   Please ask us for more insurance details as they relate to your reservation.

We will send a written confirmation of your reservation showing dates, resort(s), airline(s), accommodations, balance due and balance due date within 24 hours via U.S. Mail.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 50 days prior to departure.
